The project is located on two of the four plots at the intersection of two urban axes. The north-south Pugang Avenue axis connects the base with the Dishui Lake area, forming the image of a central avenue; the Donglian River passes through the east-west axis, introducing open green spaces and natural water systems to the base. Urban design concept - Smart Green Valley - The city skyline rises gradually from both sides of the Donglian River, providing an open riverside landscape for each individual building in the project. The functional layout of the buildings on the site responds to and continues the planning and design of the surrounding projects - residential groups are arranged along both sides of the site, close to the surrounding residential communities; the office buildings are adjacent to Pugang Avenue in the center of the project, forming an urban image interface. The independent multi-story offices are placed on the side close to the river bank, creating a pedestrian connection to the waterfront space; at the same time, a dedicated vehicle drop-off space is created for each independent office product on the other side of the building. Iconic office towers are arranged at the main entrances on the north and south sides of the project, creating a strong iconic portal shape along the city's central axis along Pugang Avenue.
